Breakfast
The crew wash mostly with salt water by throwing a bucket over the side, collecting the water then rinsing down. The water temperature is a very nice 28C.We get to have a fresh water shower once a week.

Every day the crew make their own breakfast. We eat muesli, Weetbix and tinned fruit. We also have real coffee and we soon discovered that filmmaker Chris Watson makes the best cuppa.

Captain on a Mobile Whilst Captain Peter Manthorpe is able to navigate with traditional methods, he also uses the latest technology to check the ships location.

At Last, A Swim
Sometimes the crew can go swimming, which, after three days without a shower, is a great relief. During this swim filmmaker Marcus Gillezeau had to leap out of the water because a shark was spotted off the bow. Click Here to see a underwater MicroMovie of the crew swimming.
